Initial evaluation 90 min (in office) - $145  

Required for first time visit.  Includes an in-depth evaluation and initiation of treatment. During this appointment, we will discuss your needs and goals as well as review the details of your current issue and any pertinent past medical history,  I am happy help you to better understand any tests results you may have had, such as MRI or X-ray.   At the conclusion of this appointment, recommendations for treatment, and/or a customized home program, will be provided.  Education is a key component of the evaluation in partnering with patients to effectively manage any problem.  Further diagnostics may be recommended in some cases.   With many healthcare contacts in my network,  I can help point you in the right direction should you need additional medical evaluation, or a multi-disciplinary approach.

60 min treatment -  $100

Ongoing assessment, manual therapy and/or therapeutic exercise, stretching, pain management techniques, review or modification of home program, recommendations for continued care.
